The Flying Field Area is governed by a loan for use agreement that allows Aeroclub Torino to manage all airport operations.
So far, TNE has focused on environmental issues. In particular, it has shared with FIAT SpA a plan for the characterization of the environment and has been granted authorization by the competent Military Administration for investigating and detecting unexploded ordnance.
The search of wartime unexploded ordnance was completed in December 2009.
In February 2010, the competent Military Administration issued its positive Inspection Report.
